Abstract To meet water demands, pressurised irrigation networks often need pumping devices, whose power demand varies with the pump head, flow rate delivered and efficiency. satisfy energy of pumps, solar photovoltaic panels can be used as a renewable source. Since electricity supply photovoltaics plant depends on irradiance, that powers time day. This study presents strategy for scheduling delivery by synchronising production in modules minimising installation size.
